Founded in 2001, Digital Pool was launched to fill a skills gap in the digital economy for high-end skills with business experience. In a still rapidly converging marketplace many organisations have had to try and 'go it alone' resulting in existing staff being hard pushed as there are no budgets for permanent staff for non proven projects.

In 2010 we decided to bring all our activities together in one company Rumleigh Farm Limited. The reason for this was practical and economic. It will have little effect on our clients, other than where payments are made.

Digital Pool is based on an infrastructure that is truly virtual. There are no big offices, no support staff overheads, just fast access, shared files, but with the regular meeting up of teams.

It means clients can be anywhere making use of high end skills as long as they need them on a project basis. Working this way the benefits can be felt immediately.
