Locally sourced food is available as ready made home cooked meals. All you need to do is ring and place your order for delivery to your door next day. You just pop in the oven and serve with appropriate things. To see the menu available download the PDF. You can oder in advance and have meals ready for your arrival or order after your arrival. The miniumum order for free delivery is £10.00.
OR you may want a meal prepared for a special occasion. If so just ask Alex the Chef to give you a price to either deliver to your door and you cook or, come to you to cook and serve.

MENU
Lasagne
West Country minced beef layered with fresh lasagne sheets and bechemal sauce finished with Parmesan shavings. Suggestion: Serve with hand-made garlic baguette and fresh salad. (We use this as a great standby - always eat it with lashings of salad and garlic bread - So Easy!)
Roasted Vegetable Lasagne
Slow roasted Mediterranean vegetables layered with fresh lasagne sheets and bechemal sauce finished with Parmesan shavings. Suggestion: Serve with and garden peas
(Our friend Candy said it was a great veggie lasagne and she is really fussy! )
Fisherman's Pie
Succulent white & smoked fish in a white wine cream sauce topped with buttery mashed potato. Suggestion: Serve with fresh green beans and garden peas
(Easy, tasty food but needs colour so we always have frozen peas (we love them) and another fresh green vegetable)
Sausage & Potato Hotpot
West Country pork sausages and potatoes braised in our own thyme infused chicken stock. Suggestion: Serve with seasonal vegetables.
(Kids and adults love this - but definitely needs mash potatoes and a veg to be at its best!)
Sausage & Red Onion Casserole
West Country pork sausages and slices of red onion braised in a red wine and redcurrant jelly gravy. Suggestion: Serve with seasonal vegetables.

Lamb Keema with Spiced Sauteed Potatoes
West Country minced lamb in an Indian tomato sauce topped with spiced sauteed potatoes. Suggestion: Serve with rice.
Shepherds Pie
West Country minced lamb braised with onions, carrots and tomatoes topped with hand-made buttery mash. Suggestion: Serve with seasonal vegetables.
Macaroni Cheese
Macaroni in a creamy mature cheddar cheese sauce topped with a Parmesan and breadcrumb crust. Suggestion: Serve with seasonal vegetables.
Ratatouille
Roasted Mediterranean vegetables braised in a rich tomato and garlic sauce. Suggestion: Serve with cous cous

The Local Takeaways
Bere Alston: The fish and chip shop has it's own routine is closed on Mondays and is rarely open after 8.45pm - it really depends on how everyone feels on the day
Other Takeaways are in Tavistock. None of them deliver. However you can ask for the hot box to go and collect your meal which you can phone through in advance.
