Rustic, charming, fun, magical, it looks like something out of Harry Potter, are all comments we have heard about our Barn. But more important is it's a fantastic place to hold a party.
Butterwell Barn is an open area of 25m by 5m, with a bar area, toilets, lights, sound system and heating.

Maybe it's a 40th Birthday, a Wedding Anniversary, or a Christening party, what ever your celebration you need to know its all going to work well and be a night (or afternoon) to remember. We hire The Barn out at a set price with add-ons, so you can choose exactly what you want.
Set Price Basics include:

Childrens Parties
Let's face it ...kids parties can be a nightmare but at Rumleigh Butterwell Barn they are all in one safe space, just one party, no other kids parties crashing into your special time. They can dance, run about, play old fashioned games, eat hot dogs, go on a treasure hunt...whatever fires up their imagination... It's not plastic, not the same every time and in summer they can be outside.
We charge a basic price per head of £10.00 with a minimum price of £150.00. plus VAT. Adults must be present for attending to toilet duty and any upsets!!!!

Although as yet you cannot actually hold your ceremony here, there is nothing stopping you holding your reception here. Indeed dressed in ivy and twinkley lights there are few places as magical. Simply get outside cateres in and wow you have a party to remember.
